school, NAS and yah 3TB

Officially Monday is my last day of my film's post-production. Unofficially, i am going to be stuck in that lab for awhile more. I actually starting to miss the lab at this rate..

on another news... my web host up and running so i should be coding soon  *i hope* i got to make my portfolio asap. and finally i can RAID1 my photography storage so no more missing backups!. and thanks to all the angbao money i gotten another 2TB for random storage.

and i am looking for part time work. any studios or photography shops need a part timer?

My results for this sem

i was expecting worse. but YAY it was AWESOME

Camera and lighting effects.: A : the 1st production had issues with the cam, 2nd production the shoot was okay, but i aced the quizes. was expecting a B instead of a A

Hardware Modelling & animation : B+ : this was the maya module that was ranting and ranting and ranting was hoping for an A for this but i think due to my late submission i got mark down to a B+

IE: pass : dun need to talk about this time wasting module.

Motion Graphics & broadcast design: A : this was kinda a surprise, like for cam effects i was expecting to be mark down due to the group projects.

Post Production: B : i am not cut out to be an editor. hhahaha. I think i got a B coz i was late for 1 quiz and mess up another one....

Production Planning: B :.... i was hoping for A coz of the time i send putting into the production portfolio. but well B due to attendance and late?

in the end up this sem GPA is 3.5294. HIGHEST i ever get after 2.5 years in NP. but my total GPA went up by 0.2 to 2.9444. ya now i am 0.0556 away from 3 -.-

wants my holidays...

School will be ending in 3 weeks and this 3 weeks will be the hell of my life for now.

Within this 3 weeks,

i have to complete these

Hardware modeling: HAW-206 tank [10% done] and a Warehouse [0%] [due in 17 days]
Post Production: "tofu film fest" trailer [80% done] [ due in 8 days]
Production Planning: Production Portfolio of "LATE" [15% done] [due in 11 days]
Camera fx and MOgraph: Pre-production: 90%, Production 1 @ pre, Production 2 @ Pre. [filming =2 days] Post production = 10 days[ due in 15 days]ing

The HAW-206 is just time consuming.
the trailer, well i just need to add some more titles and fix audio then it is done...
for Production Portfolio, i am rushing it this week as i will not be able to start production of the camera fx and mograph works will friday. once the production part is over my group will only have 10 days to maya, after effects and put every thing together... To the industry, that is okay. to us students... it is Clusterfuck...

well i just want my holidays and to earn some cash for now... i want to get my D90 and some lens and my driver licenses before school starts on 19th oct...

i have wednesdays free.... so... it is open for shoots, meeting, outings... and rest...

but well at least i dun have too long days. *wait thursday is still 9am to 9pm*

Once again it is a 3 day school week for me!!!!
Well. I went to NP on monday to check if am i enrolled in my course or not... what happened was that or what FMS office thought to be was that as i am a transferred student the system dun auto update me. but well they were shocked.

monday -> no class due to i did S&W and CATS last year. *hated those modules*
tuesday -> 9am-6pm Photography!!!! ya 9 to 1 all on photography, well maybe sharpen my skills only... Writen Comm T.T... it is English class again... i am expecting to score badly for it. Animation Foundation -> Zbrush and basic flipbook and etc. should be okay for this module. Location Production! the most fun and expensive module.
and yes on tuesday i have like 4 of 5 modules i am taking this sem...
wednesday ->9am-5pm 3D art by calvin again!. more to wiremesh and clay. aniFdn in the afternoon.
thursday -> 9am- 11pm? Writ comm T.T in the morning for 3 hours... then 2hrs break then locprd! till 6, then it is cca till 11pm.... i so going to kill myself.. -.-
friday -> for projects i guess and well cca at 5/6pm...

well it should be a good sem.

2D art: i was hoping for a B but i think those works at the start of the term put me down...
design typo : i think i mess up for the final submission as i was the last to submit... *overslept*
IntroCG : well 4 nights of maya paid off.
Socpsyc : i thought i going to fail it from the start. so heck that it is a D.
Storytelling&boarding : for someone that scored B4 for english, YAY!!!! and note i cannot write other than emo crap.

now the joke of IS...
all my last year IS got transfered over as stated in the results... but they want me to retake Sports & wellness and CATS again... -.-

well going to settle it with IS office soon.

on a side note... my flu is still on and i am shooting tmr -.-

i slept for 14 hours

slept at 5am and woke up at 7pm... i am getting back to my old self before poly?
at this rate i wlll not be shooting anything on film.

well at least i am doing my assigments. introcg's movie poster is almost done.

here is is a preview to the final poster. It is totally made up and pics are stocks... ya a lazy photographer ain't i? anyway it is hard to find the locations for my idea. [really singapore have no nice places to shoot. and i have no money to travel out.]

next is to do my storywriting final draft. practice 2d art, and finish up design class works and do socpsyc crap.

year one.... again!

One year since i am in NP. and i am back to the starting.

For the idiots and those that do not know. I am back in year 1 in NP.

it is funny to go to school at 8am on the first day of school just for CCA. and i am year 1!. My current classmates were like o.o what the hell are u doing at a CCA booth?

well Photography Booth turn out seem okay with 150 plus freshies *but it only like 20% will remain*

on JTC side, turn out was slower but still okay. with more otakus. and well most want to join the cosplay division, which will KILL me. *my sub-com will be working like the main-com for less CCA points...* well i will ignore it for awhile.

School seem great, as i only have like one class today. which was IS. My Jap 102 class was better than last sem as saku and xminoru is there. *and i still sleeping away*

well pack classes on tuesday with Storytelling and storyboarding at 9am *note they teaching us on how to blog. o.o*

then 1pm to 6pm for 2D art. *i think i still can draw. people, NO. object, Yes. Designing, Yes. -.-*

well long day then.

I realised, there is little time to have a relationship during this year. the only time i can spend my time is at night or on the weekends. which is getting killed off by photoshoots, editting and doing school/CCA work. Maybe it is best i keep myself busy, then i will not think back.

It is a year since then. i need to move on with life.
