Like one of the chief judge said... NJRC needs to be re-invented.
I went down on Thursday as SAS was competing, i can say the event:
1. Shirk. to 2/3 of the location it used to be and containing the same number of students.
2. The supporting crowds have died down.
3. The judges at the fields are mostly new and dun really understand NJRC.
4. Major issues still occurs...
5. Trainers are the Problem now.
Well, i went back to see NJRC as i felt the need to see how my juniors fair, and meet some old friends. I know it was also my duty to mentor my juniors but with the projects i had and the dying interest in them, I find it hard to teach them.
I threw aside robotics to persue my interest in photography, but i always wonder, should i go back every now and then and help the remaining ones? With FLL at the end of this year and VEX ARL [20-22 of nov 2008]. I dunnoe should i help or not.

its really up to you - whats important is that you put in effort in the things that you do and not overload yourself
